Investment Decision
Members invest individually. WTAN provides templates, guidance, and connection—you maintain full control. When multiple members choose to invest in the same opportunity, WTAN may establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to simplify the investment process and help facilitate administrative and legal compliance for participating members.

Membership Requirements
WTAN membership is by invitation only and requires meeting specific criteria.
SEC-Accredited Investor Status
Members must meet SEC Rule 501 accreditation requirements. This typically means annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 with spouse) for the last two years, or net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding primary residence).
Sponsored by Current Member
All new members must be sponsored by an existing WTAN member who can vouch for their character and commitment to the community.
$1,000 Annual Dues (Non-Refundable)
Annual membership dues cover operational costs, event hosting, due diligence support, and ecosystem partnerships. Dues are non-refundable.
4-6 Meetings Per Year
Members are expected to attend regular meetings (in-person or via livestream) to review deals, hear pitches, and engage with the community.
Confidentiality Required
All member discussions, deal flow information, and founder pitches are confidential. Members must respect founders' proprietary information.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Members must disclose any conflicts of interest related to deals presented to the network, including existing investments or business relationships.
No Member-to-Member Solicitation
Members may not solicit other members for personal business ventures, investments, or services. This keeps the network focused on vetted deal flow.
Spouse Membership (Optional)
Spouses can be added to membership at no additional cost, allowing couples to invest and participate together.
Investment Expectations
While not required, active members are encouraged to invest.
Encouraged, Not Required
Active members are encouraged to invest approximately $25,000 annually across deals, but this is not a requirement for membership. We welcome both active investors and those who prefer to learn and observe.
Members make their own independent investment decisions. WTAN does not pool capital or make investment decisions on behalf of members.
